Richard’s Trailer Trash Appetizer

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1½ cups left over chili or 1 can Hormel Chili with beans (original)
• 8 oz bag shredded Mexican cheeses
• 1 bag lime flavored Taco chips

Method

Spread cream cheese all over bottom of pie or cake pan, spread the chili on the top and sprinkle the cheese over all.

Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for ½ hour (be sure to cover with foil for first 20 minutes, then remove foil for last 10 minutes). It is done when a little crust forms around the edge of the dish and the chili is just bubbling through.

Make a drink, open the Tacos and sit back. No need to share the fact that you used canned Chili.
