Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pk Yellow Or White Cake Mix
• 3 cups Diced Rhubarb
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 pint Whipping Cream

Method

Mix cake mix according to direction and put in a prepared pan.

Add sugar to the diced rhubarb and spread evenly over the top of cake.

Pour 1 pint of whipping cream on top of this.

Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes or until top is brown.
