Baked Gouda In Pastry

Ingredients

• 1 Pepp. Farm Frozen Puff Pastry
• 7 ounces Gouda cheese
• Pecans, Chopped

Method

Place a round 7 oz. Gouda cheese in center, top with chopped pecans, wrap with pastry and twist extra pastry like a bow. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. Also can place a round of brie with some apricot preserves and sliced almonds and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
