Melting Moments

Ingredients

• ½ cup Cornstarch
• ½ cup Powdered Sugar
• ¾ cups Butter
• 1 cup Sifted Flour

Method

Stir together cornstarch, sugar and flour. Stir in shortening to form soft dough. Chill about 1 hour.

Form in 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. Stamp with cookie stamp (or fork). Bake at 350°F 20 - 25 minutes.
