Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ cup Mayonnaise
• ½ cup Sour Cream
• 2 to 3 tablespoons Orange Juice
• Bleu Cheese, crumbled, to taste

Method

1. Beat or process until almost smooth.

Makes about 1 cup.
